「Overpriced and under-whelming. The room was comfortable but very small given the nightly rate. Breakfast was only a selection of bagels with a choice of fillings (I had the salmon bagel which was good but, again, under-whelming given this is supposed to be a luxury hotel. We will not stay there again nor recommend it.」

「Computers were down when we arrived, so check-in took 30 minutes. Room had a drain in the floor which smelled of feces. Shower floor was cracked. All in all it was ok, but not deserving of the high rating it had.」

「Nice setting. Just be aware if you get one of the double bed rooms the sleeping area is very small. It’s an older motel, and the walls are thin. On the plus side, the property is well maintained and right on the lake. The fire pit is great. Other rooms may be bigger, and they offer glamping. Coffee and muffins in the morning are good. If you want a bigger breakfast you will have to go elsewhere.」

「The room smelled like smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. The steps up to the room were slanted and damaged. The breakfast was not impressive and very minimal options.」

「Rating: 2.5–3 stars This property sits in an absolutely beautiful location with stunning views of the lake and the hills to the west. The sunsets are truly incredible, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. The front yard has a lot of charm and potential, though the grass was noticeably overgrown during my stay. The experience itself was unusual. I was greeted briefly by someone who handed me the key, but after that I didn’t see a single staff member, and there’s no real reception...

「Close proximity in the heart of downtown was a plus. The illusion of them having an operating restaurant and bar on line was completely misleading as it was non operational. Staff was inconsistent with information and lacked professionalism. Overall, the hotel felt like it was operating on a very lean budget. However, the room was very clean with very a nice bathroom.」
