「Acceptable place to sleep. Close to Del Lago. Internet was practically non existent and ATT phone service was poor. Remodeling. Would not stay again 」

「For almost $200 a night, I expected more from this place. The room was nice, but there was no microwave or mini fridge and the TV was basic. I like the character of the bathroom, but the tile grout was dirty and the one towel hook was about to come off. The staff was nice, but never at the front desk. There was a sign to call them if you needed help which I can understand if they're running on a skeleton staff. However, whenever I would call the number, it was answered "hello" like a personal...

「The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.」

「My brother in law and I did have a confrontation with a guy off the street who should Not have been inside, we couldn’t understand what he wanted and he finally left ! I would not have wanted my Daughter to have had that problem! 」

「Breakfast met our needs, not big breakfast eaters. Nice they had flavored water and water in lobby. Also, one night warm cookies at front desk when we came back from dinner. Convenient parking right outside the door. 」

Just know that there is a lot of steps so you may want to request a second floor.room. I loved the 3rd floor with our view. I can’t say enough about this hotel. I would stay here again. 」
