This venue was surprisingly nice especially for the price. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good. A little disappointing that the onsite restaurant is only open on Wednesdays. Staff recommended a restaurant for carry out that was very good.

Like any congested college town, parking is complicated, but once settled in, this hotel is very convenient, quiet and comfortable. We were separated from our luggage while traveling and the staff were quite helpful in providing basic toiletries. Thanks Hilton!

The Lux upon arrival was very impressive, the restaurant has great food, breakfast was very good to excellent for a hotel. The room was spacious and will laid out for comfort, just need attention to cleaning areas not easily seen. We plan to go back again and again

Good attention the front desk give to me. And help me to change the 1st it was on second floor and with my condition I can do stairs. Went we went to the 2nd room. The room smells strong cigarettes and went back to the front desk and she change my room. 3rd room was perfect. I love the bed and pillow . Good A/C. Was great

I can't say enough about my stay here. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a front staff employee with an amazing personality and smile. She was very helpful explained where everything was and gave maps and handouts for all the fun things to do in the area. Housekeeping staff, kitchen staff and pool staff were very friendly as well, passing by them in the hall, in the breakfast and pool area they also greeted us with a smile and hello. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I highly recommend this hotel. I simply can't say enough positive things about our stay. I will definitely stay there again.

I love walking into the hotel and you can smell how clean it was The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice and sweet the rooms were wonderful and I love the shower with the seat very roomy very clean. The breakfast was fine also for coming with the room the area was clean. The food tasted OK could’ve been a little warmer, but besides that for a free breakfast it was pretty good if I ever go up to Waterloo again I’ll definitely stay there.
