This hotel has great location and located near the university and city center. Ithaca commons is 5 minute drive . We stayed in a room on the ground floor and we had a private entrance to the back parking lot which was wonderful . Staff was helpful . Little kitchenette came in handy . We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would stay here again .

The Dorm Hotel was well-located across from the entrance to Cornell. It is an old house renovated into fun hotel rooms that resemble dorm rooms. Although the room was basic, it was clean and comfortable. The only slight inconveniences were that I had to crawl into bed from the foot of the bed and didn’t have a space for my phone and glasses. I loved the lobby area with a coffee station, games, comfortable seating, a microwave and even a small refrigerator in which guests can store food. The front desk personnel were helpful.

Stayed in a “single” which was perfect for my parents weekend stay. Room was clean and had plenty of space as I was alone. The room was a bit stuffy and I was not able to control the air temp (I did not inquire about how to change as I was exhausted!). First night, it was loud perhaps due to others coming in late but it was very loud throughout the night through the walls/ceiling. Second night was fine. Parking situation was fine.
