「I have never written a bad review on a hotel but needed to this time. Our room was not clean, there was blood on the comforter. Staff brought up clean bedding which we had to change ourselves. Our second night another guest walked into our room when we were in bed with a key. Why did another guest have a key to our room? The staff could not explain. They changed our key but the old one still worked? The guests above us were very noisy and we were told no one was above us by staff, Would not...

「The pic on the website of expedia and hotel did not match. If you are not in the main building then you are very far from the lake and spa. No breakfast in the hotel, Not at all freindly staff when you check in, we checked in at 11 o'clock at night and they didn"t help us with our luggage. rooms were so so small....」

「The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.」

「Lovely B & B in a central location to explore the Finger Lakes region. Wonderful breakfast served each morning made with local ingredients along with lively conversaion with other guests. Definitely recommend Gothic Eves for a relaxing get away.」

「Had to wait 25 minutes to get waited on. Opened the door to the room & the smell about knocked us over. Couldn’t stay in the room or would have been sick. Went back to office & had to wait another 15 minutes for someone to help us. Boy that came to help said he was sorry. I asked for a refund & he told me he couldn’t since I didn’t pay him. Left & had to get another room at a better place @ hope I can get my money back」

「Very satisfied, the staff is very friendly, I forgot to take the clothes, they helped me keep them and returned them to me. The environment is very good, there is self-service coffee and hot water every day, which is very considerate. The accommodation room is spacious and comfortable.」

「Didn’t like that we had a third floor room and there was no one to help with bags. We are seniors and, yes, we can do 3 flights of steps but carrying luggage up and down was an issue!!! Also, we have stayed in a lot of B&Bs and never was there no choices at breakfast. Fortunately, we thought the blueberry pancakes and fresh fruit were very good but what if we didn’t like pancakes?? The plus was it was a good location for us and the touring we were going to do!」
