"The room was neat and tidy. The beds were nice and the kitchen was really helpful. There had been some more modern ‘updates’ but they were just superficial, so there was a lot of bubbling vinyl on the wall. The bathroom, specifically the shower, also has been covered in something but it was obvious there was mold all behind it."

"The room was clean and cool. early sign-in was helpful. Rates were good. The back part of the motel needs better handicap access to the main walkway. Parking spaces blocked access steps and the one ramp was not well built and was nearly impossible to use. For someone using a rollator or wheelchair, getting to the room is a problem. We did like the quietness of the facility at night. Cleaning staff were pleasant. The motel was perfect for someone planning to attend the Lost Colony play, just a short drive away."
