"The Island Guesthouse was the perfect place to stay for our quick trip out of town! Our room was so clean and extremely well-maintained. It was really nice because it was away from all the in-season crowds but still close to the beaches and more touristy areas. The whole hotel has a lot of personality and really had We really, really liked it here and we definitely be back for a next trip to the Outer Banks!"

"The hotel staff at the Days Inn Wilbur, Kill Devil Hills, we're great and very personable. The hotel room suite and amenities were spot on. The breakfast options changed daily. Location to the beach was with in walking distance, weather over the dunes or 2 property's over at the public access and lifeguard and rescue building. Thank you for helping make our stay more enjoyable."

"The staff that we encountered were nice and helpful! The property is a great location and the room was updated and nice. We love the area at the beach for sitting and reading and relaxing. My complaint would be this horrible musty smell in the hallways, also would have been nice to have been provided beach towels. Overall I would stay here again for sure. Perk they have a breakfast for free. Of course it’s simply but much appreciated."

"Oh my goodness what a beautiful Inn. They left no stone unturned their attention to detail is impeccable. I absolutely would travel there again and again. I also found out they have a place in St Augustine FL. I am definitely going there. The vibe is very relaxed even though the property was sold out it was not crowded at anytime. One note I want to tell is that there is no elevator it’s an Inn and it’s only 3 stories. I did not mind at all and I’m a senior citizen. I want to thank the staff for the wonderful experience and the beautiful memories I made with my adult children. Can’t wait to come back."

"Loved that there was a continental breakfast included as well as an evening wine and snacks provided. Perfect location for beach access. Only suggestion I would have is having beach chairs and a pool shade umbrella - even for a fee. We flew in and rented a car so had to go out and purchase beach chairs"

"Oksana and Mike were wonderful host with communication and information. There was a parking issue when we arrived cause others parked incorrectly and they were quick to get things fixed and had everything all set up for snacks and drinks. We stayed in Suite 4 and had perfect view of the beach and could be on the sand within minutes. The whole house is immaculate and everyone was so kind that we ran into who was also staying. 10/10 because I initially wanted to save some and get a hotel but so glad we spent a little extra to find this place. 100% worth it if you are wanting easy access to the beach, close to everything, clean and family friendly. There is even a restaurant right across the street so perfectly for beach day and then walk over for some margs and Seafood. 100% will look for this place when we come back! Thank you Oksana and Mike!"
