「We stayed for six nights. Front desk staff are very helpful. Since the mattress and pillow were too soft for my mom who has back pain, they quickly arranged firmer ones for us. And extremely good location and convenient to go everywhere despite the heavy rain during our stay. Surely will stay again if visiting Osaka next time!」

「APA is always my favorite hotel in Japan. Size of rooms is not big but good enough for 1-2 people. Rooms are clean and well kept as always. I especially like their onsen along with coin laundry which allows me to enjoy hot spring while waiting for my laundry to be done.」

The service representative replied to me that the cleaning staff saw my room was posting a do not disturb and hence could not carry out cleaning. It is not reasonable while the concerned notice was put back to my...

「The location is ok, but namba is definitely better to get around. The food nearby is good No Netflix or YouTube is a minus for me.」
