A little bit out dated especially the room key. The door was auto lock but it was the actual key to open. The location was very convenient and price was right.

Location is good but room very small
Location is good as it’s near train station n food street. However, the room is very cramp. It can hardly fit 2 luggages n very minimal waking space.

Unfortunately, out of all my visits and stays in Japan, this was the most disappointing place. I have travelled Japan a few times in the past, so I thought I was pretty ready for small rooms and bathrooms but this was beyond that. But the size wasn’t really an issue when I found trashes on the floor that previous guests left behind. Obviously, the room wasn’t cleaned. There were clothing tags and plastics on the floor and in a bin. As I dropped my belonging which went under a bed, I had to look under it (wasn’t a good idea) and saw various stuff there including a sock. We were so tired and it was really late when we checked in, so didn’t ask for the room changed anything. Instead we mentioned all this to the receptionist next morning when we were checking out and their manager came out and apologised sincerely (I felt that way anyways). It was nice of him doing that though, I won’t stay again.

Worth the price
The WiFi signal inside the room was extremely poor, and often interrupted. The staff was generally friendly. The location was excellent, just a few minute walk from the shopping streets and 15 minute walk to Namba, the core of the city.

It was very comfortable when I walked downtown with my child and came to the hotel. It was also convenient to travel to the deer park in Nara because it was close to the Kintetsu line. There was a convenience store opposite and next to it. As I reserved the remaining rooms of Golden Week, I reserved two nights for another type of room. I was stay in the same room for four nights. I was very happy to even provide early check-in service. There are also employees who can korean speak.

Location and staffs were OK. However the room was really small, and the bed really short (too short for someone taller than 180cm). Bathroom was ok but a bit old. The room I had was facing the other building (close by a 1m) so could not see outside.

Texans love the hotel
Loved the location of this hotel and price. The room is small but all of the rooms in Japan that we've stayed at were small. Would Definitely stay here again and I am extremely picky about where I sleep.

Cleaniness is okay but room is a bit small.
Hotel itself is acceptable and staffs were okay. But the hotel area is somewhat inconvenience plus a lot of night clubs nearby. Recommend not to walk across the small streets if going to Shinsaibashi. Those people from the night clubs staring at people walked by and some even approached for business.

A Courteous and gracious host
Well located in the city for tourists like us. The two main subway lines crisscross at the station, the markets (Kuromon), the restaurants, and of course the Donburi pedestrian district, can all be accessed on foot comfortably. From the reservation, pre-payment to the actual arrival everything was without any incidence. We were expected by the front desk staff when we arrived around 8:30pm, and it took less than a few minutes for they to complete the check-in then showed us the way to our room. The room is actually spacious - for its price. We found everything we needed in the room for a couple who come to Osaka for a few days' tour. Its bathroom is probably the strongest point of this establishment - clean, functional and roomy. The LCD flat screen TV set is small, in today's standard, but who comes to stay for watching the local TV programs anyway. Speaking of TV programs, like most others (even Sheraton), English speaking channels are non-existent. And while there is no wi-fi, we found the wired Internet access to be quite good. The front desk staff were courteous and competent. While they may not feel totally comfortable in seeking out a conversation with us, they were able to answer and meet all our inquiries and requests, including our endless questions on directions and the local "hidden from tourist" places.
