I love the breakfast buffet at Saras. I checked out at 11:15am after having a wonderful breakfast. I loved the free water bottles everyday that was brought to my room. I love the decorations of the lobby and I love the Sky Buffet on the 51st floor. It’s so worth the 5,800 yen for the dinner and dessert buffet.

Amenities can’t be beat with the spa steps away and a family mart in front of the hotel. The restaurants are also great and staff is very friendly. My only issue is that the bed and especially pillow is extremely firm. I couldn’t sleep because the pillow was so stiff. Also the water temperature in the shower couldn’t be adjusted, it was too cold for me. If these 2 things improved I’d give the hotel a 5 stars. Overall, good experience.
