Our stay was comfortable, safe and pleasant! The location is amazing, the room was small (to be expected) but really comfortable. The amenities are located in front of the Front Desk and are self serve. They offered to keep our luggage for the day after our check-out time. They offer free coffee, tea and soup from the machine on the second floor before 7 am and after 9:45 am if you don’t have breakfast included. Beer and lemon sour are available 24hrs on the second floor for a very affordable price. I definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back again. You can exchange your used towels everyday for new ones at the same location as the amenities.

Great Hotel!

The hotel has very good service and an excellent location, close to several tourist attractions. The rooms have everything you need for a stay and are clean. The only drawback was that the shower curtain smelled musty, I suppose due to the time of year I traveled (summer). I loved the eco-friendly option of taking extra items from the reception desk. I recommend it.

Helpful staff in the city centre. Facilities were expected with access to drinking water and hot drinks for guests. There is a washing machine downstairs which is helfpyfor guests. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, however the small room was challenge for us with four large luggages. Thanks.

Hotel itself was tiny and rickety. The hallways smelled, but staff was nice, washing machines were convenient since you could do it cashless, and you can rent comfy blankets. Bathroom was duper small

It was a nice stay, they have toiletries provided. Modern enough and they had complementary noodles at a certain time of the day. Breakfast is not included but there are so many food places around it is not a problem.

- They have a cafeteria/lounge area that you can get some free drinks or soups or use the microwave - They have a shelf with a lot of amenities like extra towels, tooth brushes, hair brushes, mouthwash, hair ties, razors, etc! - You can borrow a hair straightener from them! - Train stations are about a 5 minute walk away - seems short but actually not really… - Not much ventilation in the bathroom (sewage smell?) or room itself - made for a bit of a stinky stay. - The room seems big in the pictures but the beds take up all the space, we had quite a bit of trouble opening our luggage. - They don’t have luggage transportation services.

Good location. When we went to the room there was some cookie crumbs on the bed. Hotel workers were helpful making some reservations. Thanks to them. They offer complimentary ramen at the night time. One thing I really didn’t like about the hotel was a heavy blanket. Too heavy…especially for the summer. I couldn’t sleep well for the rest of the trip because of the blanket.

This hotel is ranked average in my opinion based on these criteria’s- Facilities was not very spacious. Smoke room was upon entry but elevator s smells like cigarettes. Room toiletries were self serve where you collect from 1st floor. No ice machine. My bathroom sink drained very slowly; my kids room’s bathroom sink seemed clogged. Kids bathroom smelled like sewage. Rooms were extremely cramp…felt like a cruise cabin without balcony. I ordered two rooms but upon checking in was given two rooms on separate floors. Not ideal for family since my kids has to stay on a different floor. Positive notes for this hotel are that they serve free ramen/ udon every day for a light snack/supper (530pm to 7pm). Hotel is located next to restaurants and markets so it convenient to buy items. We requested a room clean but garbage was not removed.
