"very good location, food outlests, shopping, super market and convenience store in the same building. direct connection (underground and bridge ) to Osaka Station. Hotel can get crowded, but checkin was smooth, staff very polite and nice. Has 8 laundry machines, but can get crowded and need to wait. Room is not large but enough room and has all you need."

"非常好的一家飯店。大部分人員的英語能力都很好。溝通上都很清楚。人員也很友善。幾乎都可以滿足你的需求。飯店的位置非常方便：捷運就在附近。御堂筋線貫穿大阪南北。本町站中央線的位置往夢洲來看世博相當方便只要30分鐘左右。到心齋橋、難波等等景點甚至往北，梅田或者新大阪坐新幹線也相當適中，算是一個非常好，而且看起來環境是一個商業區辦公室聚集的地方環境相當好。相對於大阪其他位置來講。"

"公共浴場很大，盡管人數較多，使用上也沒有問題。只是水温方面較飄忽，部分沖洗用的水龍頭的水温偏高卻無法調較。 另外，酒店位置和隔音等也很好，方便入住。"
