「The place was great! The only thing I was surprised is lack of basic things in rooms such as shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. There was a generic “shower gel” for everything and hand soap. Just remember to bring your own, I did not as I traveled long distance.」

「We were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The reception was very helpful and because we had 1/2 board we even had dinner in the room.Breakfast had a nice selection and wasn’t crowded or noisy at all. The I would have liked different pillows and a little softer bed but the room was awesome! 「Sehr schöne Poolanlage für Erwachsene und auch Kinder jeden Alters! Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem eingezäunten Garten (mit Tor zum Poolgarten). Das war wirklich unschlagbar. Einziges Minus ist das Couchsofa (ausklappbar), da die Matratze sehr dünn und durchgelegen war. Das Frühstück hat viel Auswahl, aber ist leider sehr laut und voll. Das Personal ist aber überall sehr freundlich.」

「Saubere Zimmer. Sehr hilfsbereites und nettes Personal. Die Zimmer sind Recht klein, aber ausreichend. Sehr schöne Anlage mit zwei Pools, Poolbar und Foodtruck. Außergewöhnlich gutes Essen sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen mit sehr umfangreicher und abwechslungsreicher Auswahl. Gute Lage am See, nur wenige Gehminuten zum schönen Sandstrand.」

「Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Astoria Playa. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die durchgehende Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel, alles war stets gepflegt und einladend. Der Service der Angestellten war herausragend, freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Ein besonderes Lob geht Garcia im Restaurant, der mit seiner herzlichen und professionellen Art unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat.
