「Beautiful property & great location! We loved having a kitchen & washer & dryer. The beds were comfy! The only bad thing was that the WiFi & TV would not work. For some reason, my US phone wouldn’t work without WiFi. My kids would have liked the TV. We did call about it, but it was not fixed while we were there.」

「This hotel is added to my list of preferred hotels to stay in montreal. I absolutely loved my apartment small but cozy homely and having a kitchenette was amazing fully stocked just have to your groceries. Very clean unit. The front desk team were extremely helpful kind and very friendly. First impressions with a clean scent when you enter. The view from my room was not great small window in corner so no natural light. I would still give 5 stars. Very convenient, short walk to square victoria...

「We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable with very nice linens. The room as a nice size and the bathroom was great with a fabulous shower. Excellent location. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The free all day fresh made coffee in the lobby, including cappuccino and lattes, was a nice touch. The light breakfast was adequate. Would definitely stay again.」

「Positives. Perfect location for Old Montreal. Check in/out perfect. Room was spotless, well stocked and prepared. Concierge service helpful. Negatives. Room 106 had a nightclub right underneath which very loud till 1:00 am and people partied right outside the windows making sleep impossible. Room desperately needs a dresser cabinet. Washroom sink counter has almost no space. Vanity lighting really needed.」

「Had no wifi all my stay. It was bumbering all the time not even tv i can put something on because of no wifi ! Windows were very dusty n havespider webs . They should clean the glass to atleast see outside . So dirty glass that u cant even see the view. Towels were not clean .」

「It was literally steps away from notre Dame and all the shops and restaurants. Our room was extremely spacious and well-appointed. We will return sooner rather than later! The only thing that would’ve made it perfect was a package of premeasured coffee rather than nespresso pods. All in all excellent value for the experience!」

「Property itself was generally good, clean, but, quite a bit of noise from the restaurant below if you were staying on the lower 2 floors. Biggest hassle was that there are no people on site when checking in. You’re given an access code to get into your room. One of ours didn’t work and didn’t get the other. Called and they responded right away but one code never worked properly, and we weren’t alone, one other guest had the same issue. Location was great, walking distance to everything」

「Excellent location, super lovely room. Tip: there is parking nearby, but it does not belong to the hotel and is around 60$ a day, but it is monitored 24/hr, which is a bonus.」

「Hotel is typical of the old Montreal area with interesting decor and a great vibe . Our room on 5th floor was spacious , comfortable with lovely brick walls and great view over the river. Only drawback are a few steep stairs into the property which make handling luggage difficult. Help is available inside but perhaps a bell on the outside to call for assistance would help rather than leaving luggage unattended to seek assistance. Otherwise all was very good.」
