「I booked this property because of the reviews and the proximity to my daughters graduation place.It stated it was a 5min walk that was not correct. It was a 15-20 min drive. When you get there you enter through a restaurant which is weird they state it’s a Michelin star but no one there we thought we were in the wrong place. 「Five stars really isn’t sufficient for describing how wonderful the staff is at the hotel and restaurant. They are hospitable in a way that goes far beyond any reasonable expectations. These are people I would love to have as neighbors and friends near my own home. George, Theo, and many other staff members go above and beyond every day. We were all very grateful to spend time with them, and I truly wish it could be us serving and cooking for them next time. ❤️」

「This facility is a dream! Once we understood the check in process, the concept was simple and very safe. The aparthotel had everything we needed- including privacy, a dishwasher and washer+dryer. 「We got room 105 that was warned to be noisy at night. To be honest, it wasn’t that loud and the air conditioning noise drowned it out, so sleeping through the night wasn’t a problem at all. Room also provided umbrellas which was a life saver cus it was pouring one of the days. Staff was also friendly and helpful on where to store our luggage for after check in」

「Great location and the space itself has potential, but the experience with the host and the condition of the unit was disappointing. The host did not respond to any messages before or during our stay when we tried to address several concerns. At one point, a man entered the space unannounced saying he was there to fix the smoke alarm, which was concerning since we had not been notified. 「The location and amenities were EXCELLENT! The staff were very lovely and helpful but the check in procedure was a bit awkward and hard to understand. I did not want to upload images of my Drivers license before check in so maybe a different approach would be smoother. Otherwise if you are looking for a very accessible and very nicely equipped loft style apartment /condo steps away from Old Montreal you would be hard pressed to do better.」
