「New Hotel」

「During our residency, the hotel began renovating the second floor, which unfortunately created a lot of noise. This is usually the case, but it happened.」

「Had a really great stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. The location was also convenient and close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again」

「Clean and big room. My room is two double beds room for three of us. The room is clean and big. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The shower is strong. The wifi is OK. The breakfast is tasteful. All the staffs are kind and helpful. You need the access card to go to your floor, so it is very safe. The room is bright. There is water maching located at the corridor. You can get the hot or cold water easily. The enviornment is quiet. There is free parking service. The MTR station is very close....

「The hotel itself is super nice. It’s is on par with any other Marriott. The location is subpar, Montréal is a sketchy city and this hotel seemed to be in the worse part of town.」

「Hotel is huge. Room is huge. Breakfast is simple. Good parking underground. Has a lot of charging spaces for EV. But parking space is small. A Toyota 4 runner parked 2 spaces. The manager greets us at breakfast. 」

「The hotel was very well kept and great for couples. Staff were helpful overall. There is no staff past 11 so if you have any issues I was not given a number to call (thankfully there was no issues). The valet didn’t really help with our bags as much as I hoped. Typical valet will help handle all bags to be delivered to your room, or something but that wasn’t the case. There is a large flight of stairs and no elevator so that contributed to the bag issue and not having a cart to wheel anything...

「I'm not sure if it's due to inadequate cleaning, but I got bitten by something and now have several welts on my body. They look like insect bites. However, the area is really convenient for dining and sightseeing.」

「Our room is spacious with 2 double beds and a large closet. The staff at the reception is helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff we met on our floor also greeted us warmly. There is a cafe connected to the hotel with good matcha latte and sandwiches, ideal for breakfast. Although it is not a new hotel, but everything is clean and works well. It will be perfect if a smart TV is available for watching youtube and Netflix.」
