「Very convenient location near Central Station. apartment is spacious. Unfortunately no air conditioner in the two bedrooms, only a small unit in the living room.
A lot of pests, flies and bugs in the room and toilet everyday, cooking hood not working, cooking stove working intermittently and not fixed for the entire stay of 5 days.
Front desk very difficult to reach, has to physically go down every time and response is kind of slow. Ample opportunity for improvements.
