This hotel is beautiful and right in the middle of everything in Old Montreal. Lots of dining options around. Free breakfast was ok (very basic) but I am not complaining over free coffee & food! The one major downside was the noise. Not from the hotel guests but from outside - we were awoken at 12am until about 3am by people outside (partying / drunk) being very loud (despite us being inside with all doors / windows closed). Unfortunately, we didn’t sleep well due to this. We loved the hotel so much but the noise would likely deter us from booking again. Other than that, the hotel seems a bit understaffed as the front desk people are doing a lot like check ins, ballet, making coffee etc. Majority of the time it appeared to be 1 person working.

The facilities and the room were stunning and spotless. The staff were professional and kind, they even have us a box of macaroons as a little gift for his birthday. However, the continental breakfast was not worth it. It was generally very small and the food was clearly from costco. Considering the price, I find that they could make a stronger effort, like getting products from a local bakery for example.

Recently stayed for Christmas and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in Old Montreal at a walking distance from restaurants, shops and bars. They have 24hr Coffee and Hot Chocolate service included in your stay which we loved considering how cold Montreal is in December. The rooms were spacious, quiet and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was a little limited but it hit the spot. All in, would definitely recommended and consider staying once more.

Excellent little hotel in the heart of Old Montreal. Attentive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable, spotless and interestingly designed rooms. Our second time. Almost sure to be a third. One quirk: breakfast can run out fast. Get up by 08:30!

All of the staff was so kind and helpful. The room was clean and taken care of and breakfast was a good selection of pastries. I’m gluten free so there wasn’t much for that but it’s right next store to a gluten free bakery which was convenient. The cappuccinos were also fantastic.

Had a fairly serious injury in their bathroom whose design was clearly courting danger. I didn't have time to address it with the front desk and instead chose to email later in the day when I had a chance. I never heard back. It seems they couldn't care less. Nearly a month later and I'm still dealing with the physical damage that resulted.
Decorative tile on an angled staircase leading up to the shower. It's an absolute deathtrap. I'm lucky my injury fell short of that -- not everybody's will. Does Quebec not have building codes?

We have no complaints. The room was so clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is incredibly lovely and is walking distance to a lot of venues. The continental breakfast offers a good selection, has fresh bagels and pastries, and offers you enough fuel to get the day started. Coffee, tea, and a variety of espresso drinks whenever you want to have a cup. There is a wonderful little boutique next door and there are so many options for restaurants close by. The best part of our stay was the staff. The staff are incredible — from housekeeping to the front desk. They are friendly, helpful, and professional. We plan to return to Montreal soon and we definitely plan to stay here again. We were suitably impressed.
