Good staff and clean hotel, but some amenities and breakfast could be improved. The staff were 10/10 — extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They were one of the highlights of the hotel and always happy to assist with anything we needed. The hotel itself is older, but very well maintained and impressively clean, which we really appreciated. Breakfast is included, which is nice, but the quality was unfortunately not great. Guests are limited to one piece of bread per day, and aside from the croissants, most of the other options were quite dry and didn’t taste very fresh. The hotel also lacked some basic amenities that most hotels typically provide, such as Q-tips, razors, toothbrushes, cotton pads, and basic toiletry kits, which would have made the stay more convenient. We were upgraded to a balcony room, which was a thoughtful gesture, but unfortunately the balcony door didn’t open, so we weren’t actually able to use it. Overall, the staff and cleanliness were excellent, but improvements to the breakfast and basic amenities would make the experience much better.

So happy I chose to stay here for a short work trip. Staff was wonderful, room was clean and beautifully decorated and cozy. Complementary breakfast (a scone with juice) to the room was very appreciated and I was happy to go down for fresh coffee instead of using the complimentary k cups in the room. Old Montreal is beautiful and parking (uncovered) next door was easy though it costs extra. Traveling as a single woman, I felt safe at this hotel and in this neighborhood. Fridge but no microwave. A single queen room might feel small for a couple depending on the couple :) totally doable though. Enjoy!

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Room also had a fridge, which is not in the listing. The breakfast included is small, but does the job. They also had brewed coffee available at the bar, if you drank what was provided in the room. We also ate at the restaurant and it was very good! We would stay again.

Perfect location, clean, courteous staff, but price seems high for lack of amenities. To claim “breakfast included” is a stretch: two portions of bread w condiments and juice are deposited outside the door ea morning; no fruit, no napkins even. Would have preferred to decline and have bill reduced as we ended up dining out every morning at far superior options just steps away.

Super nice hotel in the heart of Old Port. It’s an old charming building that they have redone very tastefully inside. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast delivery each morning to your room is delicious!
