Breakfast was buffet sometimes and off-menu sometimes (and we never knew which one it would be). You had to go to the front desk each morning to get your breakfast tickets (which was kind of a pain, but not the worst thing in the world).

This hotel parking lot is shared with a park and fly lot as well as a banquet hall so we had to park very far from the doors with all our luggage. The parking lot was not salted and incredibly slippery making it very difficult and dangerous to walk it. Unfortunately our rooms thermostat wasn’t working and even after calling up maintenance our room stayed at 24 degrees which was way too hot for us to enjoy or sleep well. It was a bit difficult getting ahold of concierge from the room when needed. Pool was nice and warm and our son really enjoyed the water slide

Had to wait 50 minutes for the shuttle and upon check-in found the toilet was backed up...they couldn't find a plunger and so had to change rooms around midnight!

Hotel was clean. Room was updated recently. Pool was fun but got busy. The restaurant seemed not great, only got tea/coffee though, so don't really know, but expensive. Gym was a bit outdated. Staff were friendly. Main negative would be the noise. Walls paper thin. We had a sound machine and still still felt like the room was shaking, all through the night. Also, online said the airport shuttle didn't run all night, but the hotel says it does. Overall, good value for the price

Nice, updated room. Some construction going on on the main floor, which did not disturb at all. They are updating the hotel. The water wasn't working on the morning of checkout. They offered another room but we didn't want to go through the effort. The kids loved the pool, but it could have been a bit cleaner.

No internet connection in the room during the stay and no helpful solution was provided. Poor quality of iron. Room access card was always deactivated. No body lotion. Microwave was malfunctioning and no replacement proposal was made, instead host was suggesting to plug and unplug each time it got stuck

I had an extremely upsetting experience staying at this hotel. On the first night of my stay, my car was stolen from the hotel parking lot. When I checked in, I specifically asked where I should park. The front desk agent, Astou, directed me to park in the back lot even though there was parking available in the front of the building near the entrance and front desk. When I later saw the back lot, it was clear that security was very poor. On the right side of the building the gate was completely open, allowing anyone to drive in and out freely. On the left side, the gate arm was broken. Although it appeared down, you could easily drive around the broken barrier without swiping or any type of access control. The next morning when I realized my car had been stolen and reported it to the front desk, the response was shockingly dismissive. Staff simply said that it “happens a lot,” mentioned that another car had been stolen the night before, and commented that my vehicle is a “common car.” There was no concern, apology, or effort to assist. While speaking with them, I saw another guest returning a steering wheel club that the hotel had provided for vehicle protection. When I asked why I was never offered that option; especially if they know car theft is common; I was told those are only offered to guests staying for a week or longer. Knowing that thefts happen frequently and still directing guests to park in an unsecured back lot without warning them is extremely irresponsible.
