À notre arrivée la réceptionniste nous a parlé en anglais et quand elle a vu que nous parlions français elle a changé de manque.par la suite elle nous a pas donné les info pour notre chambre, piscine et restaurant. La chambre pas insonorisé, nous avons appelé 2 fois à la réception car il avait beaucoup de bruit dans le corridor et chambre au dessus de nous .Les enfants courait et sautait! La piscine embrouiller trop de chlore, démangeaison sur notre peau . Nous y retournons pas à cette hôtel .

This hotel is great ! One complaint I would say is that when asked we were told they don’t clean your room until day 3, and we had to request new towels numerous times during our stay. The restaurant for breakfast was also somewhat expensive compared to what we were thinking it would be. Other than that it was a good stay, and we would stay here again. The kids absolutely loved the pool and waterslide !

Newly renovated room was great. Nice bathroom and comfortable bedroom. I wasn’t told at check-in that I needed to book the airport shuttle for the next day, but it wasn’t a problem and I was allowed to board the shuttle anyway. Busier times might have been a problem, so make sure you book the day ahead if you want to use the shuttle . I think this hotel is good value for money, with a pool and great accommodation.

Room was clean but other areas of hotel were not - elevator/pool. I was given an option on the Expedia site to have breakfast included so I paid for this option online, but the hotel didn't know what I was talking about and neither did the restaurant. The restaurant server was the worst service I have ever had in any restaurant in my life. We were there 4 nights and our card key for the room had to be reset every day we returned from our daily outing. Two out of about ten of the staff I spoke with were friendly - the rest I felt like I was bothering them with pretty basic requests.

Lots of construction going on in the geographic area made it kind of difficult to navigate around, but not at all fault of the hotel. Hotel was large clean and was amazing. Great opportunity for young kids and parents to relax. Restaurant in hotel was very uncoordinated and seemed very low and understanding of menu

We stayed here one night before our trip to St Maarten and then two nights once we got back from that trip, so three nights total. We travelled to Montreal from Toronto on the VIA Rail. We specifically booked this hotel partly for the shuttle to the airport, but the shuttle needs to be booked in advance. Our train was delayed so we checked in the night before our flight at midnight and were told there was no more space on any shuttle from 4am-8am so we had to pay for an uber anyway. The listing also said breakfast, which to me sounds like breakfast is included, but you have to pay for breakfast and for example, a bowl of cereal was $10. Otherwise, the rooms are pretty decent for the most part. Ours lost power for an entire day and despite asking about it in the morning, nobody came to fix it until the evening. It wasn’t an issue within the room (like the gfci switch). It was something with the actual panel outside our room which required a member of staff to open with a key. It was an easy fix in the end so it was a bit frustrating nobody attended to it until the evening. Last, and I don’t blame the hotel for this, but the people staying above us were extremely loud. Once back from our trip, the guests above started slamming down on the floor (our ceiling) from about 5:30am - 6:30am. My wife and I both woke up and wondered what on earth they were doing up there. We asked front desk who said they checked in at 5:30am so we hoped it was just a one night thing, but it wasn’t.
