Disliked: Amenities
We really enjoyed our room together, it was decently clean (did see hairs) and there is no body soap just hand soap, but we really enjoyed our view and we felt that it was accessible and we had a good time for our short stay!
Staff was kind and the room was just fine. Wifi was a bit slow at times.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
For starters, we did not have great expectations given the price and the reviews. But this was bottom of the barrel. Upon arrival, we looked for the parking that was promise with our booking, went to front desk to ask about the parking. I was greeted with attitude and dirty looks, then the man proceeded to tell me that the parking was full and we needed to pay $20 to park 2 streets down everytime we left the lot. That was a hassle on its own. When we arrived to the room, everything seemed to be in order, until we checked the bed and saw the sheets were not even on properly, the mattress cover was sticking out of the sheets and had a stain on it. We have to put on fresh sheets ourselves. We went to look for the bar and restaurant that was listed with the amenities, and it was fully closed for renovations which is not listed anywhere online or mentioned upon arrival. If you plan on staying here and you have low expectations, lower them.
Honestly for the price its really good! You can't expect a 5-star hotel experience at this price, but they had on-site parking for $35 a day, which, for downtown, is reasonable. The room was more or less clean; there was some weird hair on the bathroom wall, but otherwise it was clean. There was a smell of weed in my room one night, but it is what it is. The hotel does not have any utensils, so if you order food, make sure you ask for them. Overall, a good stay for the price. I would go again.
Very convenient for Airport bus transfer, which is just outside hotel.
Close to China Town.
Walkable to Basilica Notre Dame & Old Montreal.
Easy walk to Metro Station & Underground City.
Coffee in lobby in morning.
Great staff, excellent room service and good location.

I stayed at Hotel Chrome in Montreal during my visit for a conference. For the price, it is a good hotel. It is near plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. I didn't spend time in the hotel other than to sleep so it did its job well.
Well I guess I should known for the cost in such a central part of downtown Montreal. The first night full on party ALL NIGHT room next to me the rest were ok but I found you can hear lot of the noise from the hall way in your room. There are no coffee machine in your room fyi and everything in the room is old and tired. The heater had no thermostat so it would run all night very noisy also because of the low cost per night I just found that it brought different people to this hotel that I did not feel comfortable or safe around but that was just me. Thank you for the stay but I would not ever comeback.
Comment dire…
