「Possibly the freshest-smelling, comfiest bed I've slept in. We enjoyed three nights here on spring break. The breakfast & happy hour deliveries were the cherry on top! So nice to return to after exploring the city or the beach (5-10 min away). The staff were so accommodating to us. Our trip coincided with a cold snap — so the comfy couches & lounge areas upstairs on the deck were just the place. Hope to return!」

「Unfortunately the fire alarm went off.We were in a handicap room. They did not have a plan. Security was to assist it but there was no security at that time of day.They were nonchalant since they knew there was no fire. Guest s did not know that and there is no PA system.If there was a fire it could have been disastrous. Hotel is fine and respects the era. 」

「Everything was a class act! This was a wonderful weekend getaway from the room to the breakfast. We enjoyed the social hour as well. 」

「AC was fine, beds and pillows not that good. The bathroom was a big issue. Extremely tight space between shower and toilet. Had to leave the toilet room door open to avoid feeling so so tight. However, the location is perfect. A few steps and you're in the historic center. The trolley stop is outside the hotel, and the view of the bay was amazing.」

「Very nice room, but 33 steps to get into the room. Parking was two blocks away. Friendly people, great location. Large clean room. 」

「Everything was great except I took a bad fall walking down the steep stairs at night and didn’t see the last step so it would have been good for the stairs to have some sort of lighting right on the steps or at the bottom to prevent falls」

「Room was smaller than I expected. Also noise from traffic outside the room was annoying. These things cannot be corrected by innkeeper. Just have to expected it in an old town like St Augustine.」

「Room was perfect. Very clean and no problem getting extra towels or pillows. Pool area was very nice and clean. Only complaint is the hallway had a smell. But! You could not smell it in the room. 」

「Sorry this is not a bed and breakfast this is part of a hotel chain, they charge you an extra fee for booking with a 3rd party when you show up, you have to go to the main hotel to get in your place. They make the bed during the stay but don’t take out the trash. The place is cluttered and dated. The only good thing was the hot tub. Will not be staying with this place or the hotel. I wanted a true bed and breakfast which this was absolutely not. 」
