「Beautiful place. Simple breakfast, easy checking in, a super close walk into town although nothing opens until 11am. I stayed in the Yurt which was nice, love the hot tub. Watch out for the spider webs. The one thing that was a bother was the highway just right behind the property which can be noisy. Ear plugs are provided tho.」

「Well run, very helpful, and a lovely place. Would gladly go there again. Only problem was figuring out how to find it. The street splits JUST before where the house is (either E/W, or N/S - I can't remember) - so my GPS kept telling me I had arrived but I was on the wrong side - and each side was a 1-way - it took a while to figure out how to circle around so I could park in front.」

「Parking was in the street or behind the building- you can only park for 3 hours at a time. On our last day of our stay we had to have our car removed at 0830 because Nevada City was having an event- which meant we had to leave early. There was no communication from staff about this. The room was very expensive for no ice or coffee for the room and no parking convenience. 」

「There was no screen in the bathroom window, and the room looked a little beat up - cracked tiles, dents and holes in the walls, squeaky bed. Grounds were definitely on the low maintenance side of things. Staff were friendly.」

「Charming and well loved warm and detailed and comfortable. Because I booked 3rd party I didn’t receive vital info that was necessary for positive host/guest relations. Had info been received in timely manner and understood much confusion and frustration no doubt avoided (no fault of host btw, host was a victim of this disadvantage as well) Positive area, cozy and had above basic amenities. Elevated establishment with personal touch and considerable care. Perfect for a couple getaway. Beautiful...

「Cute little cottage like inn. I had the one queen room attached to the lobby. It had everything I needed. The check-in staff was very nice and I enjoyed my stay. The little kitchenette was great.」

「Had to have a microwave delivered the bathtub look like the maids emptied their mop bucket in it, and just left it behind construction happening all day long with loud music. The only nice thing was the pool which I couldn’t use cause I just had surgery.」

「Theres no continental breakfast., no swimm8ng pool for hot days. negative ... but there are places to eat breakfast. Dine and dash you need to get in your car, but TJs Roadhouse is 100 ft away. Other small places to eat across the street and downtown. Mama's kitchen downtown for quick breakfast like muffins, pastries Very pet friendly. Extra charge of course. Small outdoor area with table & chairs. Its a very old motel but comfortable. Have stayed twice. 」
