We loved our experience at this hotel! The bed was incredibly comfy and the accommodations were super quiet! The room was spacious and the staff were totally sweet and helpful!!
Also, the decor of the hotel is well worth a visit with the most gorgeous wallpaper and period furniture in every room!

This was an exceptional stay. The property is exceptional every detail is thoughtfully curated and exquisitely designed. The beautiful unique antique pieces are stunning and add to the old world charm. The staff were so kind and helpful. I will definitely be back. I could spend hours exploring all the nooks and crannies filled with art and history.
We stayed in the annex which was convenient to back parking lot. The place was adorable…shower and bedding incredible and best of all the location right downtown can’t be beat. Wonderful stay.

Staff was great, room was clean, a bit noisy but fun surroundings. Excellent muffins in the morning.
I know it was an older Hotel but 2 sets of stairs to walk to our room gave us a workout. restaurant downstairs but was more on the higher cost but lookedlike good meals. we didnt eat there. bed was very comfortable. no tv to entertain us unfortunantly. still a very nice,romantic place.
great staff, clean room, Had a wonderful time, we sat on the balcony out front with a glass of wine and enjoyed people watching. Dinner in the hotel was great.

This is such a wonderful hotel. We love staying here and enjoying the old world feel with the modern service. Debbie at the front desk was wonderful, and our room was warm and comfortable. Love the bar and restaurant, so beautiful! Fabulous service. I highly recommend staying here to truly enjoy the charm of Nevada City.
Fantastic hotel in the perfect location to explore Nevada City. I loved staying in a place with so much history. The bed was comfy, and we had a great meal and drinks in the bar downstairs.
