We constantly lived out of our bags. One must be healthy and mobile to get to the patio or to the refrigerator.」

「The only thing that matched the photos was the carpet. My room was dirty, 2 of 3 chairs were broken. The pool and the restaurant were closed.」

「Broken AC, the room was not swept or mopped at all (dirty and there were bugs and spider webs all over), the "hard wood" floor in the bathroom was sinking in like there was wood rot underneath. Avoid coming here. I was guaranteed a refund for having to switch rooms and shorten our stay, and still have not gotten the refund」

We discovered that ALL the rooms on our floor had the same security code to get in which was concerning.
