「Help! As we drove into the property, we passed units with tarps on the roof. There was no water in the pool. The pool was an important feature when choosing this dump. We waited over a half hour at the desk trying to check in. One employee tried to help, but was new to the computer system. The other understood the computer but was unfriendly. 「We were placed in a room that smelled like urine so the staff moved us to another room. The TV remote didn't work and Noone could help fix it. They just suggested we move back to the original room. 「I like staying here when the cabins are available. We last minute booked so we had to get a normal room. We've stayed a couple of different times and while I really liked It the first few times this last time was a huge turn off. It was really dirty, It felt like we were in the middle of a remodel, there was a huge trash dumpster in the middle of the parking lot, weeds overgrowing the parking spaces, the bathroom shower had spots on the ceiling, floor needed to be cleaned. 「This is listed as a four-star hotel on Google, but that is not the case. It is definitely 2 1/2 as listed on Expedia. They did not have reliable Wi-Fi or any of the basic channels to watch sports. Based on other reviews it had recently changed ownership. They need to up their game or the poor reviews will start pouring in.」
