「Arrived slightly earlier than check in and was told the room was not ready but to help ourselves to tea and coffee. Greeted by Mateus....very very very helpful and friendly, credit goes to Mateus. There is no air con at the hotel and the lift was broken at the time, we were lucky only staying on the first floor. That is the only negative to this review. Staff was all round amazing! Very friendly and welcoming. Always working hard and it was busy! Credit to all your staff that was working...

「Large, very clean room. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with great shower. Nice toilet products to use. Plentiful, tea, coffee and biscuits provided as well as a small fridge with bottled water. Attractive restaurant with a good range of menu options. Ate there 2 nights and the food was very good. Some excellent desserts too! Breakfast was also very good and flexible options. 「The staircase to our room is winding, and I need to go up and down before arriving at my room. The wall is thin and is not very sound proof, so I can hear what next door's saying and TV noise. It could be disturbing to someone during time for bed. There could be some seepage at the bath tub as there was a pool of water on the toilet floor after my shower, even though there was a glass door to stop water from splashing over to the floor.
