Staff were really friendly and helpful our room was clean but the single beds in twin room was made up in a rush and beds moved around food was excellent great value for the money Shame Poole and hot tub was out of use that is why we booked to stay

Welcoming staff, clean rooms, cosy reception area, nicely decorated rooms and amenities. Chic bar/cafe/food and work area. Was perfect for my trip, close to the docks and centre of Southampton for tours, shopping and history.
