Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable quiet room. Extras such as late checkout and discounts for food. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant. Food was very good.
The hotel stood out for its cleanliness and comfort, creating a relaxing stay. The staff were courteous, helpful, and contributed positively to the overall experience.
The front desk attendant was excellent. After a long flight and commute, she was able to expedite the process of getting us checked in. This was exceptional professionalism.
The staff are always courteous and friendly whenever we have stayed at Leonardo's that is why keep returning to your lovely hotel.the only downside is plates not very warm at breakfast.
