"Great location - walking distance to town centre for shops and restaurants and cafes - short drive to beach. Had a takeaway from the Thai restaurant - very good Accommodation was very comfortable and hosts very friendly. Breakfast was put out for us to help ourselves in the pottery shop each morning and was a good start to the day with fresh fruit and croissants. Reliable WiFi we were able to watch Wimbledon with no problems. All in all a delightful stay and would definitely stay again."

"Stunning! My only regret is that I did not arrive early enough to enjoy the property fully. Beautifully decorated, superb staff and gorgeous grounds. There were ponies on the drive outside and you are a stones throw from Burley and the delightful New Forest. Highly recommend!"

"Lovely setting and good stay with great staff. Few things would have made it excellent. 1.dont send me an email telling me i could have got a better deal booking direct before I have even arrived, I cant do anything about it at that point and so I was annoyed , send it to me after I've had a great stay to encourage me to rebook. 2. Hearing music from the bar at 7:30 am wasnt the most relaxing start to my stay. 3. Better signpost to the bigger car park would be really helpful if you are coming in from Lymington."

"Room was clean, but there was no room service for example, no bed making (which is not a problem) no emptying of bins and no replacement of toilet rolls. The stair carpet was worn in places. For the price we paid for 3 nights it was expensive. A nice choice of breakfast continental or cooked, (you had to pay extra for this) Staff were friendly and parking okay."
