"The pillows in the rooms were very hard and so was the bed. In the pool area there where not enough towels for people and it seemed very cold for a indoor pool. "

"The rooms are very outdated and the bathroom was a mess when I arrived. (Like hair in the shower) The hotel is very conveniently located so that is a huge plus and not super expensive. I felt safe the whole time, and staff was helpful when I arrived. "

"The hotel is immaculately clean and the room was the perfect size. The pool is huge and beautiful, but I wish the shallow end was larger. Everyone was trying to enjoy the shallow end which made that area a bit crowded. Overall it was a great stay. The staff were all very friendly. "

"This place is amazing, great amenities and staff, coffee bar is great, bartender girl NOT very nice of friendly, I would stay again, stores and museums very near by, room was super clean and comfortable definitely recommend it and I would stay there again."

"I had a 6th floor corner suite with great amenities--2 TVs, nice sofa, table, chairs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The bed was in the corner part with nice windows. Everything was clean and in good working order. However, I was there on a weekend coinciding with spring break and the place was like a carnival with hundreds of families with lots and lots of kids. Two of the elevators were not working so I was lucky I could take the stairs from the 6th floor to the 5th (lobby level and atrium/food/drink area) and could then take a different elevator down to the street level. The place seemed a bit chaotic at peak (breakfast/happy hour) times. Staff were fine. Breakfast on weekends only starts at 7:30 and I was attending a conference whose sessions started at 8 so that was not ideal. But my main complaint was that the sound of elevators going up and down near my room (or under my room possibly from parking/ground level to 5th floor) was constant. Apart from that, the location is excellent, right across from Whole Foods and close to everything. The price and amenities were great but it was far noisier than I'd expected. "
