Arrived in Rome for our first night of 2 in a pouring rainstorm. GPS could not find the hotel and after several very pleasant and helpful phone call speaking with the manager, she finally said "stay where you are and I will come and get you". We were within a mile or so and followed her back to the hotel. What service! Deluxe room what clean, comfortable and beautifully Italian decorated with lots of tile. Had a balcony which we enjoyed the view. Not large enough for a table and chairs but...

Bus stop was right outside of hotel. Location was good. Not near the main attractions but that's what we wanted. However, the main attractions were a short bus ride away. When we return to Rome in the future, we will use the same hotel.

This family owned motel made me feel like part of the family before we even arrived. They communicated with me via email and answered all my questions giving me suggestions and options to consider. They were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their breakfast bar had so much from which to select. Even their coffee machine made cappuccino with shots of espresso. They are located one block away from a hill next to a park with a view of Rome. There is where is the bus stop that takes us...

Wonderful hotel! A little out of the city center, but in a nice quiet area! The breakfast was 5 euros per person, and it was well worth it. Cereal, hams, cheese, fruit, yogurts, eggs, bacon, etc...
The staff at the front desk was absolutely helpful and nice! Some days we would take a taxi into town, and they would call it for us. The taxis were there in just a few minutes.
