「Ronaldo explained the maintenance process for the thermal pools, including their daily emptying, cleaning, and refilling, as well as the water source and overall upkeep of the hotel. Ronaldo and Jackie were fantastic, and everyone at the hotel was exceptionally kind.」
「Beautiful property, drinks from the bar amazing, pools were clean and gorgeous views. We enjoyed the privacy of the room and our jacuzzi bath on our patio. Rooms were very clean, food at the restaurants were reasonably priced and great quality. Breakfast is buffet style and they change up the main dishes. 」

The property is gorgeous and we especially liked the pool and surrounding garden — it was a beautiful oasis for afternoon breaks. The staff was so attentive— I think there was a moment where I whatsapp’d them and they were on site within minutes! The only reason I put 4 stars for amenities is because the kitchen stools and some of the kitchen tools were pretty cheap compared to the luxe nature of everything else on...
「This hotel was definitely 5 star. Dinner was good. Breakfast was ok. Bed was a little hard but room was beautiful with floor to ceiling windows with a view of the jungle. We only stayed one night didn’t see any monkeys but heard howler monkeys yelling. Hot springs were amazing! Except it could use some lighting down there for night time they are open until 8 but it gets dark at 6. Staff was top notch!!! 」
