「Rent a car because hotel transportation is expensive.」

「The staff are wonderful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The grounds are very nice. The food was very good and exceptional for an all-inclusive. Many food options so that was nice. Only thing I didn't like was the amount of people selling to you immediately after you step off the grounds towards the beach. Nothing the hotel can do about it, but not ideal.」

「Hot spring river is amazing」

「Family friendly」

「Talk about FALSE advertising! This place is a scam!」

「Amazing place」

「Great customer service. I will be returning!」

「The breakfast is terrible . The renew room is fine . Cut the rest is terrible also. 」

「This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why: 1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor. 2. Worn-out Bedding: The bed linens were old and tattered, making for an uncomfortable sleep. 3. Unpleasant Odor: The room smelled damp and musty, reminiscent of an old, poorly ventilated house. 4. 「Thank you very much to all the staff! Great service!! I’d like to mention especially Andreina, from the Pimento Restaurant and all staff there! Awesome service!!!」

「We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner is this So Cal Buffet, and the quality of the food was horrible. The food was cold, cheap, disgusting and even hard to even look at or swallow. The people next to the table even called the food ‘’ass’’. And I totally agree. The lunch menu was fine,...

「I stayed at Secrets Papagayo in October when the resort was at 60% capacity, so it was pleasantly relaxed and never felt overcrowded. I’d read complaints about the shuttles, and it’s true that the steep layout makes walking around difficult. However, I never waited more than 10 minutes for a ride, even at 1 a.m. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and my room’s AC worked great. As a former military guy, I’m pretty easy to please: give me a clean room and cold air, and I’m...
