「Amazing staff and absolutely delicious breakfast!! Property was well maintained and welcoming, and the fireplace was lovely in the evening. The rooms are cozy, with spacious modern bathrooms, warm water, and good pressure, which was especially wonderful after a long day of activities. There is limited storage for clothing, just 2 small benches and a few hooks - fine for a solo traveler but could get a bit crowded with 2 people. Special thanks to Jocelyn and Diego for making excellent tour...

「I stayed two nights in a private room, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful with helping book my activities, they’ve really created a welcoming and chilled vibe. The kitchen and outdoor area is lovely. There’s everything you need both in the property and nearby. It was very chilly at night but was provided with extra blankets, the strong wind was a little noisy with plants hitting my window but I didn’t mind and always take earplugs in case of outside noise. It was super clean....

「這次我訂了一個沒浴室及廁所的房間，房間整潔，床也很舒服，唯一問題是通風不好，但因為在山區比較清涼所以可以接受，酒店的大堂有全日咖啡供應，同時服務人員亦會為你解答所有有關附近的旅遊資訊，他們態度友善。早餐有兩種選擇，一是水果乳酪及多士，另一我忘了是什麼，反正味道不太差。 不知道是碰巧定長期問題，我住的期間wifi接收不太好要在接待處用taco taco的。」

「Clean room, friendly staff」

「The location is great, very close to the center of Monteverde. However, noise from traffic can be really loud as you are directly by the street. The staff say they will help you book activities around, but the two people who spoke English were both out the day we could have used their help, and one other guest was way overcharged for a taxi ride to an activity that they booked. The rooms are small, with no wardrobe, drawers, or hooks to put your clothes anywhere. No hooks in the bathroom...
