「We were greeted at the door by staff when we arrived and were given a welcome drink. The staff person allowed us to relax on the sofa as she took our check in information and explained highlights of the hotel. Our bags were quickly whisked away to a safe location until our room was ready. Even though we were early, we were given a room almost immediately. This hotel is just wonderful! 「This hotel has its good side and bad side. The good sides were that the hotel had breakfast and a amazing view of the city. The bad side was that there was no AC in the room and rooms and super small. If you open the balcony door at night, you will hear the street noises and the beds were uncomfortable. I would recommended staying there for one or two night. 」

「Ernesto and his family obviously have pride of ownership in their quaint B&B. But more than that, they obviously have a deep love for what they do and where they live, and they want everyone to have a meaningful experience. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The rooms were basic, yet met all the needs and were very comfortable. They were surprisingly large and conveniently located to shops, dining, and attractions. 」

「這次我訂了一個沒浴室及廁所的房間，房間整潔，床也很舒服，唯一問題是通風不好，但因為在山區比較清涼所以可以接受，酒店的大堂有全日咖啡供應，同時服務人員亦會為你解答所有有關附近的旅遊資訊，他們態度友善。早餐有兩種選擇，一是水果乳酪及多士，另一我忘了是什麼，反正味道不太差。 不知道是碰巧定長期問題，我住的期間wifi接收不太好要在接待處用taco taco的。」

「The restaurant was excellent because they used fresh ingredients that they grew in a garden. Excellent free sit-down breakfast. All the food tasted amazing. The staff is super friendly and ready to help with anything (e.g. tours rearrangement, transport arrangements etc.) Super eco friendly too! Great location in the town. We would highly recommend this hotel. 」
