「The property was beautiful and very maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. Air conditioning was great. The heated plunge pool was amazing. The staff are all helpful and polite. The food and drinks were all delicious and big portions. My favourite part was being in the middle of nature and being able to see some of the incredible wildlife that Costa Rica has. This place is a wonderful place to relax. We definitely didn't want to leave because we loved it so much.」

「What a great place at a great location. The rooms were super comfortable. My wife was sick when we arrived but rested and got better. The location is great for getting around, but also a great place to sit as well. It has a sort-of hostel feel but with all private rooms and very clean and organized. We both recommend Camino Verde B&B」

「Kids voted this the best place we stayed! They enjoyed having their own private mezzanine complete with bean bags and games. We enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings. Basic supplies like coffee and cooking oil provided do you can easily self cater. 」

「What an amazing property. It is absolutely beautiful from the time you drive in the gates. Reception was very warm and helpful. The family obviously deeply cares about their guest experience. After a very quick check in and sharing of info they walked us right to our cabana. Inside was spotless clean and in great condition. Great kitchen and bathroom with more than enough hot water for everyone. We took the walking trail around the property with the family puppy and even saw a coati.」

「Good property and location. Room wasn’t quiet at all. Fan was loud and couldn’t use. No air conditioning. Wind outside was knocking things around. Shower temperature was difficult to adjust. Parking was limited and obstructed by some construction stuff.」

「The grounds at this hotel were beautiful saw many animals and the location is wonderful as you can walk to many restaurants. There weren’t any nets on the windows so if you need a breeze they need to be opened slightly (one of our tilt windows couldn’t close) but they do provide bug spray and a flashlight. Parking was very easy and breakfast was amazing!」

「We loved our stay at your spacious little apartment. The room was perfect and the plants and trees there were beautiful. Our host, Arelys, was very knowledgeable and helpful in planning our outings. Her experienced husband took us on a night walk in the cloud forest and taught us a lot about the local flora and fauna. It was very educational and a lot of fun. Pura Vida! 」

「The hotel and grounds were absolutely beautiful. We had our own unit with two bedrooms and a living room. They provided us with umbrellas which was so nice since it poured the majority of our time there. Free breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable but the lighting was so dim it was hard to see anything. During the day there was plenty of natural light but in the evening the low lights were a challenge. 「The Location was excellent, close to restaurants and supermarkets. The room was very spacious with a view of the surrounding hills. There were several trails on the property which were beautiful and interesting. I saw a family of Coati's one afternoon feeding on a tree at the edge of the property. That was a great experience. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff was very helpful and several tours were booked through the hotel. It was a three hour drive from San Jose to Monteverde...
