"We had a three day stay at Lumina Valley View Monteverde in April 2025. The house is very spacious, modern and comfortable. It has an amazing gourmet kitchen (love the waterfall style granite countertop!) and a great view with a lovely, vibrant orange sunset. Lovely furnishings and decor. Also ample hot water, AC and strong Wifi. Note that this location is a little far out so not walkable to any amenities. Our host Glenda, who is a native of Monteverde, was amazing. "We booked 3 rooms at Hotel Lomas del Volcan and loved everything about the resort. the rooms were spacious, very clean, and with huge bathrooms. Our room had a nice jacuzzi on the deck. The food at the restaurant was very good and well priced as were the drinks. We saw monkeys swinging in the trees one night while in the pool. the pool was really warm and the swim up bar was amazing. the adventure hike up the hill was very cool and challenging. The staff were all amazing especially Minor. The daily breakfast was tasty and never disappointed. "
