"Daniel and staff were the most hospitable! The place in a hidden gem. We travelled as a family of 10. Felt very safe. Great communication from the beginning. They all went above and beyond to ensure we had everything in order. The location was key. Easy access to hot springs and local restaurants. Oh and can’t forget the view of Arnel volcano - WOW! If you can book mountain view- do it! Breakfast was their typical meal and was delicious. We would definitely be back again!"

"Stayed here for a night. Orlando, the owner, welcomed us and showed us the room. He was very nice and hospitable. The room was clean, I liked the interior design of the suite we got. We met two kittens who were friendly. If you like cats, they will gladly enter your room. If you don’t, you might want to consider. They are very sneaky going inside, but they are cute. "Our check-in experience was fantastic, all the information was received in time a day before. We entered the property and located our room with 5 mins of entering the property. Everything is super safe and has fire alarm activated. Everything is digitalised. When we entered the room it was nice and clean great views. Peaceful. Until there was a power outrage at 7:00 PM. I was told that power outrage is normal in the area and it will be back in 1 hour. The worst part was everything was controlled...

"This is place is very beautiful ,quite but u must have a car. The only thing that owner how to work is finishing the instructions and how to turn the AC on. "

"Natascha was an excellent hostess and gave us vouchers for breakfast and a trip to Relax Termalitas, which was a fun hot springs park. The cabanas have a good AC which keeps it nice and cool. Natascha was extremely helpful and responsive over WhatsApp. I highly recommend this property. "

"The rooms at this hotel were a perfect size. I liked that the bedroom was separate from the rest of the room and it had keys so you could lock it if you left with all your belongings inside of it. Everything seemed brand new. The only thing was I couldn’t figure out how to get hot water in the shower lol the only recommendation I would have would be to put a nightstand in the bedroom as there is nowhere to set anything. Overall, it was an excellent stay, very very clean nice location."
