「Toda la estadía estuvo increíble, el personal atento, la habitación limpia, supero mis expectativas. El hotel es muy seguro. El restaurante del hotel tiene comida deliciosa y la atención es maravillosa. El desayuno que incluye es variado y delicioso. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar los parques o si necesitas algo cercano al centro del pueblo. Lo recomiendo para muchos días, en familia o en pareja.」

「Stopped by this resort in 2007 to walk the Falls Trail, had to comeback & stay. Spent 2 nights for a group of 7 in JULY 2026. We had a Deluxe King Room & the Monarch Lago Villa which has 3 bedrooms. Everyone loved everything. The charm of the property is amazing. Aside from the animal exhibits and trails, we participated in trout fishing, butterfly experience & watching the feeding of the big cats. All those activites are included for overnight guest. 「The vista on property was beautiful but the room we booked was suppose to overlook the lake and volcano but we got placed in a room that mainly overlooked the parking lot for the sky adventure park with some views of the lake visible. There were horse flies everywhere and tons of dead flies all over the floor in the room and in the curtains on the bed and in the bathtub. The traffic up to the adventure park was very loud. And there were no amenities on the property. But the lady on site...

「Really enjoyed our stay here! One of our favorite places we stayed at! The fire pit and the views were stunning! We got some beautiful photos. The server in the restaurant I forget his name but he was wonderful as well. We also did the avocado trail and it was nice but we went a little late so it started getting dark. Def recommend doing it earlier in the day. Overall, very clean and friendly staff. Recommend!」
