"The motel is very charming and the partial ocen view from the deluxe king room upstairs was wonderful. Balcony and tub were huge. The carpet does need to be replaced with laminate or tile, as it stays very moist and leaves a lingering mildew odor which impacts air quality. In the end, the proximity to the actual beach/ocean wins it for this property, and we were glad we chose it over the newer, fancier places farther from the sea. "

"I wish I had found this place sooner! A very large and spacious room across the street from the St. Augustine pier. Plenty of parking spots in a well lit lot. The bed was so comfortable and clean with both firm and soft pillows available. They even had a washer and dryer for their guests. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The comfort we felt while staying there for the price we paid was incredible! We will definitely be back!"

"The property is very nice and overall well-maintained. Just a few minor details keep me from giving 5 stars. 1. Access directions are accurate but could be made better by explaining how to get the gate key first (it’s kept off-site) and then how to get in the room 2) Basic supplies given are minimal at best. One roll of toilet paper for each bathroom is just not enough. Also only one trash bag given and absolutely no simple condiments like salt and pepper. These are items you shouldn’t have to...
