"Very nice room and the beach right ou the back door. Beautiful pool and nice bar out back right next to the sand. The staff are friendly we will definitely stay there again."

"This was our third time staying at this property because we LOVED it. Not this time!! The woman Jennifer at the desk, no very personable. We had an issue with people staying in the next room partying until 2:30am on the side of us. We complained to her and we were told “it’s a hotel and that’s what people do. There is nothing we can do about them being loud.” We asked to speak to the manager, we were told he/she wasn’t available. This went on for 2 days and we still never spoke to the manager. Still waiting!!! We were told if we moved our room we would be responsible for the upgrade! They also charge $100 a day for incidentals and $32.00 plus tax to valet park. This is highway robbery for a hotel that doesn’t offer much other than being the beach. The Landshark bar and grill is nice including the staff. Joe Merchant’s is convenient for breakfast but a little pricey. Can’t say we will be back anytime soon. Maybe if manager contacted us to make things right this would be a bit different."

"The hotel was under construction, which would’ve been nice to know before arriving, but I think it will be nice once it’s finished. Room was clean, the hotel is easy to get to, you must pay to park here, which also would have been nice to know. All in all, we would stay here again. Close to VyStar Memorial Arena which is why we stayed here so that’s a plus."

"My wife and iwent restaurant to eat. Greeter took a while to come. A caucasian family came up and then she came out toseat us. Grant it, we were waiting for a while. She sat us and our server asked her who gets served 1st, she sent the waitress to their table 1st. I dont like to feel discriminated against. I told her never mind. I thought my money was green not black and white. Her excuss was they rotate their servers. If so, they could've rotated the server to my table. We got up and left. We will bot sta6 there never again."

"The property is pet friendly and has plenty of grassy areas. However, the grass needed cutting especially in the dog park area. We have stayed at this property in the past before it changed ownership and it met our expectations. This time it did not. Needs updates everywhere, none of the vending machines were working, you could see the outside through a sizable crack in the door, furniture in the rooms need to be updated (old and stained), toilets are very low and the seat was coming off. Last but not least watch out for the new additional fees. Disappointing"
