Overall it was a good experience, but the towels that we had in the room was not usable. Also, the latest check in time was 12:30 am, and we arrived right before 12:00, but it was stressful because with the traffic, you never know.. I tried to call 3-4 times right after I found out the latest checking time, but no answer. I received a message from them via Expedia, letting me know about it, and I replied asking them what happens if we won’t arrive on time, but no answer. I consider that we were just lucky that we get there and being able to check in. Also, when we booked the place, we didn’t know upfront about the LATEST check in time, as if we would’ve known, we wouldn’t booked it, because you never know what can happen down the road and then they will make you pay a night, even if you get there late…

I stayed for 10 days. My initial room I was given was fine except after the 2nd day, I heard the toilet bubble up on its own and then it was not flushable. I never seen or experienced that before anywhere. I told the front desk and they moved me to another room, next door. No issues since. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and the overall aesthetic was nice.

I stayed at The Weekly Inn in Jacksonville, Florida, after flying for 2 days, and my experience was frustrating overall. I arrived about 15–20 minutes before check-in and was charged an early check-in fee, which started things off on a disappointing note. My first room, located at the back of the building, had a strong unpleasant odor. After a few nights, I noticed what looked like roaches and reported it. I was moved to another room that same night, but upon settling in, I realized the door wouldn’t lock from the inside. Maintenance had to come late at night and spent time drilling and sawing just to secure it. Two days later, when I tried to leave, the door wouldn’t close properly and the lock actually came off in my hand. I called the front desk multiple times with no answer and had to leave the door ajar to get help in person. Maintenance couldn’t fix it, so I had to move again. In the new room, the toilet didn’t flush properly. On top of that, I was woken up early one morning by a loud, confrontational argument that lasted about an hour. Overall, the repeated room issues, lack of responsiveness, and disruptions made this a very disappointing stay. I believe a partial refund would have been appropriate given the circumstances.

It wasnt a bad stay,but it definitely wasn’t worth a $100 deposit. When asking for towels it was told to my friend that a maid would give us some, the maids didn’t understand English as much and then a maid that understood stated the front office would give them out and after I asked the front office they stated the maids are the only ones to give towels and they left after 5, other than that it wasn’t too bad
