First, 2nd day check in was great the third staff was Andrea was rude she took money from my account and said she didn’t take any money from my account. So I called Expedia they called to resolve the issue to see what happened she picked the phone tried to pretend like no one was on the phone so when I told her I was on the phone with Expedia she refunded all my money. Overall it’s a clean quiet place just that issue made it an overall bad experience.

For the price Facility was very clean and felt safe. No roaches or stains or funky smells! Ideal for a safe clean bare minimum place to safely lay your head and not feel sketched out or gross. Definitely recommend!

This property charges a $100 deposit then they will charge you if the sheets get stained on the bed I am almost 70 years old had to walk up three flights of steps they had rooms available on the first floor did not offer I am very disappointed thank you

Tub filled up while taking shower twice bottom of tub is not porcelain. It’s made of some type of plastic rubber therefore as I stood in the bottom of the tub, it felt like waves underneath my feet because the water was underneath the plastic latex. I had a horrible experience. I was forced to pay $100 deposit on a less than two star hotel. The bed was very squeaky. It has no boxspring and moves when you lay on it and it has no wheels so I’m wondering why it’s moving. The air conditioner is louder than the TV. You have to turn it off in order to watch television. not to mention this used to be a crackhead prostitute hotel they upgraded it by basically putting Band-Aids on it. It looks good on the outside, but it’s not good on the inside. I will not return to this property. I probably will but I’m saying I won’t. they didn’t have any floor mats the step down out of the shower. I had to use a face towel to put on the floor what I will say. It is a comfort cozy spot but not worth $100 deposit that was not required when booking, but when arriving to the hotel, she enforced it that put me out and bothered me terribly because I had just come from in out of town from working hard so I was too tired to find another hotel because had I not paid she said I could not stay there

I don't understand the negative reviews. I took a chance and found the opposite of what everyone was writing. The hotel was very clean. The guest services was professional. Everthing was remodeled or brand new. I even spoke with my neighbors about there rooms and they were more satisfied than me. The cleaners told me that many of the negative reviews come from people who lost their deposits because of smoking Marijuana in the rooms.
