「This property is a rip off. It is not worth the amount of money they are charging per night. The photos they have posted are not accurate at all. They offer an hourly rate! The people upstairs were have a domestic dispute and the cops were called. Strong smell of marijuana as soon as you open the door. I tried to turn the heater on and it set the smoke detector off. The walls are thin. You can hear what everyone else is doing and all of the traffic on Biscayne Blvd. You will not get a good...

「Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. 」

「The bed design is terrible. The place where your feet go is under the bed. You can easily bump into it without any warning. My sister and I both got bumped. My sister's ankle swelled up a lot. I told the front desk about it, but their attitude was not good.」
