Dear North Miami Beach Gardens Inn & Suites
I recently stayed at your property with my 12-year-old daughter, arriving very late on May 2,2025, and booking for two nights. I am writing to formally request a full refund due to the unacceptable and unsanitary condition of room 402, which did not match the pictures or standards advertised online.
Upon entering the room, we found:
The door did not lock properly, compromising our safety.
There was black mold in the bathroom.
The room was extremely dirty.
There were no blankets -we had to use beach towels that we brought from home.
Due to our late arrival and the fact that my daughter was exhausted, we had no option but to stay the night. However, the next morning, prior to the start of the formula 1 events, I went to the front desk to report these issues and request a refund. I was told to check out immediately but was not offered luggage storage, leaving us with no practical solution for the day.
We had to return at 7 pm on Saturday to retrieve our luggage and begin the stressful process of finding another hotel-something I had not planned for.
Given the false advertising, unsafe conditions, and disruption this caused to our trip, I believe a full refund is more than warranted. I have photo evidence to support all of the above and am happy to provide it if needed
