"Clean room, great staff, good location "

"I would like to list the things that were not handled properly: 1. There were no towels in our room on the day we arrived. We only realized this after getting out of the shower and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to bring us towels from the pool area. 2. The room was never properly cleaned. The glasses were dirty every day and were never replaced. The coffee maker was not cleaned, and leftover coffee remained in the cup without being removed. The shower was dirty every day, with hair present and makeup towels from previous days left there (from the first day, second day, etc.). The towels were not properly hung, and one day we did not receive any housekeeping service at all. 3. There was no one at the front desk. We tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. 4. The manager, Jadyn Garcia, never responded to our calls or complaints. Additionally, she was rude and condescending at check-out. We have sent emails with our complaints and have not received a single response. We would also like to request that someone contact us so we can share the photos we have documenting all of these issues."

"During our stay at this property, there were many bugs and flies in the kitchen area. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and we received a different room than the one we booked. We were short a bed and were not able to get in touch with staff to resolve the issue. Overall, the place was fine, with a nice pool and easy access to the beach and stores nearby, but I was disappointed by the quality. "
