"This was a very cute spot! The staff was very kind and helpful! The room was fairly newly renovated, which always gives a clean feeling. However, I have no idea how clean the room really was because it was so dark in there! There were two lamps that hardly gave off light. That is my only real complaint. Maybe just one more lamp in there to feel like I didn't need to bring my flashlight to look in my suitcase."

"I stayed at Kearsarge Inn based on its location and a recommendation, booking more than two months in advance. Since this was my first trip to New Hampshire and North Conway, I was looking forward to the experience. My first impression was that the inn was cute and charming. Check-in took place in a small office where a friendly staff member greeted me and handed me my room key in an envelope. For some reason, it reminded me of being called into the principal's office and receiving a blue slip—an odd but amusing first thought. The room itself was cozy and inviting. I loved the cabin-style décor, especially the oars on the wall, quilted bedspread, and abundance of windows. Parking was convenient, and the room had everything I needed: coffee, TV, towels, and toiletries. One unexpected greeter awaited me in the stairwell—a small cockroach. Thankfully, it wasn't in my room. It actually reminded me of the friendly roach from Wall-E, so I let it continue its day while I continued mine. The biggest issue was sleeping. The air conditioner worked well but was extremely loud. When I turned it off, the room became too warm, even with the windows open. The sounds of frogs and crickets outside were pleasant, but I still only managed about five hours of sleep. I also noticed a slight odor from the sheets that made me wonder if they had been freshly washed. The inn doesn't serve breakfast, though several restaurants and cafés are nearby. Overall, Kearsarge Inn offers charm, convenience"

"My room shower wasn't clean. There was dirt left behind and a used face cloth not mine. Air Conditioner was making a loud clunk noice whenever it went on, wasn't able to sleep. The pools were a nice temperature but dirty could use a good cleaning and vacuum. When I was telling the front desk about my room. They guy kept bowing his head with hands in a praying position and kept saying I am so sorry, over and over nothing else. I think this place is under New Management, serve isn't what it has been in the past. Try another hotel."

Hampton Inn & Suites North Conway

"The staff was very accommodating and so so sweet! We have two children with delicate needs and I could not have been more impressed! From the moment that we walked in. We were greeted with such tacked and a beautiful introduction. The rooms were great. We booked two so that three of us stayed in one and two in the other and we also had our dog. We're worried about our son who is three and all of the noise that he could possibly make and if it would disrupt any other guests. But we had no complaints. Everybody was very sweet including other guests. My one complaint would be that the hot tub was down when we went to the pool area but that was not the main objective by staying there. So not a big deal. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful and accommodating as well. In that area. There was a good variety throughout the 4 days that we stayed. Lots of different options and everything was fresh and hot. I cannot get over how amazing the staff was! Even including the housekeeping staff that we did have the pleasure of interacting with. 10 out of 10 stay. I would definitely come there again. Side note, our window face the front of the hotel and you could see the mountain right outside. We were on the fourth floor so it was like perfect alignment. I will be booking there again if we decide to vacation in North Conway again."

"We had a recent stay at the Residence Inn for three nights in May. This was our fourth time at this particular hotel. We were given a recently renovated room on the fourth floor. The room looked brand new. Everything about it was great. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only complaint about the stay was the extensive renovation that was still going on the second floor. There was a large crew of construction workers, maybe twenty or so. They were all very courteous and polite, but the hotel was down to one working elevator which was getting almost constant use. One regular hotel staff person said, "They (the construction crew) burnt out one elevator, and they will probably burn this one out too." So there was a lot of elevator waiting time. Other than that, everything was great."

"Staff was welcoming and very helpful. The resort is slightly aged but has aged well you could say. Rooms were quiet, especially for a holiday weekend. I had reserved 2 rooms, one room did have dried urine on the toilet seat and the other had a completely broken box spring. Breakfast was good. Check in and check out were very easy. The view was ok, i had mountain view rooms but there are a lot of tall trees that block the mountains. There are no coffee makers in these rooms but the coffee available in the breakfast buffet was good."
