Room was very comfortable, the pool was relaxing (wish the spa was working) only suggestion is to fix the ceiling tiles over the pool. booking confirmation with expedia was helpful and provided text when room was ready.

The new general manager was so friendly and helpful. She put us in a nicer room and we really loved it.the staff was all great And i loved the little store they added since the last time we were there.we visit 2x a year and will be staying there again

Booked Polar Express ride in North Conway. Hotel was convenient to the train ride. It exceeded our expectations and staff was so pleasant. We even had our granddaughter leave a letter for Santa in their North Pole Mailbox! Cute

The suites are nice and large. Everything was comfortable and clean. The Roku TV gave access to many streaming services. Location was very convenient with several good restaurants within walking distance.

Location was perfect to see the Kancamagus Highway and Washington mt. Set off the road so it was quiet. Staff was nice to interact with. Enjoyed the pool and having a place to do laundry was an extra bonus.
