「Our first room clearly wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The mini fridge still had spilled corn inside when we checked in, and there were multiple items/ trash left behind from the previous guests. Was asked at the beginning of massage if there were problem areas to focus on. I told my therapist my forearms. When I brought up at the end of my massage that my forearms were in pain (because they had not been touched and I didn’t want to be rude) her response was “well I guess you need to get more massages”.
