「Cooking smell in my room.」

「Cute apartment, clean and with air conditioning, and good location. Our only issue was with check-in. There is a common lockbox and after 7 hours of train delays, we arrived in the dark of night to find there wasn’t a key for us. Amazingly the hosts replied when we called at almost midnight and they did sort it out and come give us a key. 「Based on the booking website this is a hotel. However, the staff said they are different than a hotel. Therefore, don't expect the same standards or service level from a normal hotel. Check in time is 4:00pm, and check out time is 11:00am. Will not stay again.」

「I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. 」
