I rarely review hotels as I’m rubbish at remembering but really wanted to ensure I did for this one. Hotel is excellent, well priced and staff are amazing. Nothing is too much and just felt really well looked after the whole time. Highly recommend!
Great hotel for a business trip, room has a table and booth seating perfect for working. Bed were huge and very comfortable. The gym is great for a little morning work out before meetings. The restaurant on the top floor was delicious as was breakfast, perfect selection of items.
Amazing choice! Breakfast with the card menu was delicious. The Team from the concierge, front office and restaurant were really nice and friendly.
I have enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back soon.
Excellent hotel. It's beautiful, quiet, safe, and well located. The staff were very friendly and the room had a beautiful view. Great burger at their restaurant.
Lovely hotel with stylish rooms. About a 20/25 min walk to the centre but you can get the tram if needed. Quiet area with not much around it.
Lovely room and very clean! Lighting in the room quite dark which can be annoying
Would recommend.
Brand new property. Amenities were fabulous. The guest experience manager Ismael went above and beyond for us. All staff were friendly and very willing to help any minute
A new hotel in the northern, rather unattractive part of Brussels. The only advantage of this area - the proximity of the northern station, which has a very good train connection to the airport.
The rooms are clean, well equipped. Otherwise the hotel is overpriced, charges guests a hidden fee of 5€ (no idea what for). For this price there are better options in the city centre.
A new hotel that lives up to the Standard brand design wise. Service in the downstairs restaurant and front desk is excellent. I experienced some new hotel kinks (key cards not working when I arrived) and was turned away from the rooftop even though it was half empty which made me want to leave immediately. Too elitist for my liking.

Disliked: Staff & service
We were allowed to check in half an hour early, which was really nice. Upon arrival, there was half a roll of toilet paper, and someone accidentally walked into the room. These things happen! Someone was supposed to bring toilet paper, but unfortunately, no one did. I didn't make a big deal out of it, so I didn't report it. What I was unhappy about was the following: You pay a deposit (I had read that carefully) and after checking out, it is stated that this will be refunded. When I was already back home, I received an email on Sunday evening with an invoice stating that I had taken something from the minibar for . euros. That is absolutely not true, and I was unable to defend myself. We did not take or replace anything, and there has been no response to my email/message via Expedia. Not recommended and will not be returning here.
This is a 4-5 star hotel that is just working out some kinks. Beautiful building, very clean, incredibly friendly staff and some A+ features; the shower was one of the nicest I’ve used and the room had comfy robes and a very reasonably priced mini bar. The lobby bar was mostly empty but very nice and had a super friendly bar tender. Only complaints were that the AC basically didn’t work. Complicated system and the staff didn’t seem to be able to figure it out either so the room was pretty warm the whole time. And the lighting system in the room is over-complicated and under-effective. The lights are connected on a switch system and everything is very dim. This was clunky and made things difficult in the bathroom. Had to put my face about a foot from the mirror to be able to see anything clearly.
However, despite the small challenges it is a great value currently. With a couple improvements this could be an A+ stay
