The staff was very helpful, pleasant and efficient. The room, while a bit small, was very clean; the bed was excellent; the kitchenette was in great condition and adequately stocked; the bathtub was a beautiful soaking tub; and the free coffee in the morning was a real plus. The location was also great, close to everything but far enough away to be pretty peaceful. We stayed for a week and would return!

Location was lovely. Cute square just outside the building with lots of bars and cafes. They all close by midnight, so the noise is not an issue. A short walk to the city centre. Staff was wonderful. Metro station directly outside of the hotel. The rooms are slightly tired, but clean. Some minor repairs to walls, flooring and fixtures would refresh the property.

Andando uns 8 min estamos no Centro propriamente dito. Fizemos café da manhã e jantar no quarto, bem equipado!

Basic hotel. A slight odor in the room every time I entered. I didn’t notice it while in the room but was a bit off-putting. Tried contacting property ahead of time to arrange parking via the Expedia app but got no response - could be the fault of Expedia or the hotel…Ultimately, was able to park at the property’s garage, which was helpful. Good location.

The hotel was fine ,there was a supermarket located 100 metres away which was great for supplies for cooking. The area around St Catherine's is where the locals live. The hotel offered free brewed coffee near reception if you used the cup from the room.

Enjoyed the stay. Great location. The staff are sometimes a bit lazy and not always customer focused. If they improve that they could start to be a great hotel.
